As a global company, LG Display will do its best by actively communicating with member companies, suppliers and stakeholders to meet international standards in all areas of ESG, including environment, social responsibility, and governance.

  • CDP Assessment
    CDP Assessment As a global company, LG Display will do its best by actively communicating with member companies, suppliers and stakeholders to meet international standards in all areas of ESG, including environment, social responsibility, and governance.
    LG Display has been recognized for its excellence in environmental impact management by being included in the Carbon Management Honors Club for four consecutive years from 2017 and maintaining excellence in the ‘water management’ category for three consecutive years since 2018.
  • UNGC
    UNGC (United Nations Global Compact)
    LG Display has been participating in the UN Global Compact since 2021. The UN Global Compact is the world's largest voluntary corporate citizen initiative that internalizes 10 principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption in corporate operations and management strategies to encourage participation in the enhancement of sustainability and corporate citizenship and suggest practical measures to achieve them.
  • RBA, RMI
    RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) RMI (Responsible Minerals Initiative)
    LG Display has been participating in RBA and RMI since 2021.
    RBA is an initiative made up of companies striving to fulfill their social responsibilities within the global supply chain, and RMI is a global consultative body related to minerals under the RBA to strengthen an ethical and transparent mineral procurement system free from human rights and environmental issues.
    LG Display actively participates in resolving social and environmental issues within the global supply chain, and plans to strictly inspect and improve all business activities and the overall supply chain so that domestic and overseas business sites as well as business partners can operate in accordance with the RBA Code of Conduct.
  • TCFD
    TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures)
    TCFD is a global initiative launched by the Financial Stability Board, an international organization that monitors the global financial system to understand the financial impact of climate change and incorporate climate change-related risks into financial and investment decisions. By declaring support for TCFD, LG Display will preemptively respond to corporate risks and opportunities arising from climate change.
